ChatGPT down again – capacity problems?

Not the first time but it looks like OpenAI is too slow at buying Azure resources? Auto scale is not working for them? Or maybe it is Microsoft? Maybe that they are actually using too much and Azure is in trouble?

My guess it that it will be solved in no time of course but imagine the scale of this operation for a second.
